Marco and his queens: Carmen, Maddie, Winter Blue and Aria
Marcus Aurelius of Gambades, aka Marco
Marco with his adult seal-point coloring. Marco has such a sweet temperament. He loves his belly rubs and cuddling. He has plushy fur and a beautiful round head.
Carmen, Lynx chocolate-point Oriental
Carmen's lynx mask by January 2015. She is so affectionate. We love trading face rubs. She became a wonderful, attentive mother.
Winter Blue, blue-point Balinese
Winter Blue at 4 1/2 months old.
Turandot's Aria
Aria is a very active cat with a classic Siamese personality. She is athletic, vocal, affectionate, and demands our attention. She is a delight (except for her naughty love of chewing up paper).
Marco as a kitten loving his belly rubbed (12 weeks) and he still does.
Marco loves his lap time and belly rubs. He is a big reason his kittens are so wonderful.
Marco and Mimi as kittens. They always "helped" me at my desk.
I love having the mamas sit on my lap. They get loved and I get to feel the babies kicking. This is Carmen with about two weeks left in her first pregnancy.
Carmen is our gypsy girl. I went to Minnesota with London to visit colleges and pick Carmen up. We then went thru Iowa, Nebraska, and home thru South Dakota in her first few days with us. It was "Bring Your Kitten To College" days! Carmen is such a cuddle-bug.
Carmen's glamour shot taken while she was lounging on my bed.
Winter Blue
Carmen. Her lynx-point coloring puts her into the Orientals category with CFA. She is a Siamese but has nontraditional coloring.
Winter Blue at 3 1/2 months old. She is a blue-point Balinese from parents who are both short-haired Siamese. How about that for a recessive gene of long-hair!
Aria,seal lynx-point; one-year old.
Aria napping in my lap while I was trying to hem a costume.
Carmen and Aria
Carmen "hunting" for her kittens. It is adorable to see the mama's taking toy mice back to the nest.
Carmen is never far from her kittens. Here she is making sure Ariel is okay during her photo session.
Winter Blue
Aria found her way into my tote bag. Very appropriate.
